Principal

Christie has always lived at the intersection of creativity and science. While her artistic instincts were strong from an early age, she was equally drawn to analysis, research, and understanding how things truly work. That balance led her to earn a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and build a decade-long career in both clinical and home-based settings.

During those years, Christie developed a deep understanding of how people move through and interact with their environments. She witnessed firsthand how spatial planning, scale, and thoughtful modifications could profoundly shape someone's quality of life. Yet alongside that meaningful work, she felt the pull toward a more creative expression.

Christie pursued formal interior design training at the New York Institute of Art and Design and began offering high-end residential interior design services in the Philadelphia area. Rather than leaving her clinical background behind, she wove it into the foundation of her design philosophy. The result is a uniquely holistic approach, one that considers not only how a space looks, but how it functions and supports everyday living.

Further embracing this dual expertise, Christie became a Certified Aging in Place Specialist. This credential allows her to seamlessly blend clinical insight with refined design, offering clients a rare combination of beauty and purposeful functionality. Whether a home requires specific modifications or simply thoughtful foresight for the future, she designs with longevity in mind.

Christie understands that most people hope to evolve and remain in their homes for as long as possible. She honors that intention through spaces that feel elevated yet livable where beauty, function, color, texture, and architectural detail work together to support both daily life and long-term well-being.
