Our Process
1. Discovery Call
After you have submitted an inquiry form, we will set up a Discovery Call to discuss your project goals, learn a little bit about you and discuss our design process. If we feel as though we are a good fit, we will move to the next step- schedule an in home initial consultation.
2. Initial Meeting
During this consultation, a home walk through will take place and we will discuss the entire scope of the project in detail. We will discuss timeline, investment, your inputs and desires to really nail down our design plan for you.
3. Proposal
After the consultation, we will create a detailed proposal for your approval. This proposal will include an overview of project goals, specifications, each of the design phases and timelines, and ballpark investment estimates for each space of the project based on our historical data from past projects. We will include our fee structure and company policies. We know that the ultimate way to have a successful project is to have open and honest communication from the beginning- we will stand by that throughout the process!
4. Project Launch Meeting
Once we have gone through all of the nitty gritty details, we will have a project launch meeting, where we will really get to know you as a person, look at inspiration images together and review our Design Agreement with you.
5. Measurements, Mood Boards & Floor plans
We will come take detailed measurements and photos, create customized floor plans, color palettes and mood boards to establish an aesthetic direction for each space. We will request approval from you on floor plan layout and aesthetic direction prior to moving into any sourcing for your project.
6. Trade Day
We have a team of trusted tradesmen who we work closely with on our projects. On Trade Day, they will come on site to provide estimates of the work to be completed along with our design work.
7. Design Presentation Day
After all of the detailed design work has been completed, we will schedule a day for the final design presentation. This will include all selections (furnishings, art, lighting, decor, textiles) for your space, samples of fabrics and finishes, drawings, renderings. All of these details will be reviewed with you for approval, including pricing and trade estimates for the completion of the project.
8. Procurement & Project Management
Once we have received your approval from the design presentation, we are able to begin procuring all of the items we have selected for your project. This phase includes managing all orders, deliveries, or any unforeseen events that may occur. We ensure that all pieces are delivered in perfect condition and contractor work is completed with no error. We handle it for you. This part of the process is kind of a waiting game for you, but we will provide you with weekly updates throughout.
9. Installation
Once all of your items have been received and inspected at the warehouse, we will schedule what we call an βInstall Day.β Install Day will be completed in one or more days, depending on the size of the project. This is where all of your goods down to the finest detail are in place and ready for that magazine worthy reveal! Our primary goal is that we deliver what you have always dreamed of in your head and make it your new livable, functional and beautiful reality!
